| May 2003 Tri-State Team
On May 8 Oilseed economic budget worksheets for 16 growers, were
reviewed with Dr. Herb Hinman at the WSU Ag Economics Dept. a report will be compiled.
- On May 14 a meeting of the PNW Direct Seed Association was held in
Moscow, ID. crop rotations using oilseed crops were discussed by Dennis Roe.
- On May 15 a committee meeting of the WSU STEEP committee was held at the
WSU campus at Richland. The procedures and criteria for the fall, request for procedures
was developed.
- On May 22 soil samples were taken at the Luft-Moore chem fallow field
trial. Samples were processed by the Palouse-Rocklake CD.
